The Afters
We had the opportunity to collaborate with Chicago influencer and entrepreneur Ida Giancola on an immersive event inspired by her fragrance, The Afters.
Our team translated the perfume’s notes into chef-driven bites and curated cocktails, while completely transforming the space to reflect the mood and story behind the scent. Every detail was intentional — from flavor profiles to atmosphere — creating a fully sensory experience for guests.
Atelier by elliestyled
One Off Hospitality conceptualized and executed an immersive dining experience centered around seasonality, bringing together a collective of chefs to create a multi-course event that moved through the four seasons. Each course highlighted peak ingredients, showcasing what was freshest and most expressive in the moment.
To deepen guest engagement, the evening featured a live floral installation by Taxaflora that evolved in real time. Guests were invited to contribute to the installation, transforming it into a collaborative, ever-changing centerpiece that mirrored the progression of the meal.
Acorns Pop-Up
Big Star Wrigleyville teamed up with Acorns for a limited-time activation on Clark Street.
From March 26–28, the Compounding Vending Machine invited guests to invest $1 and see its future value over 25–35 years—dispensed in real time. Guests could also open an Acorns account and match it with a starter investment. A simple reminder, paired with tacos, that even a dollar can go a long way.
